Ucluelet is a small town situated on the west coast of Vancouver Island, in the province of BC, Canada. It is a quaint friendly town with a population of about 1700 people. It boasts of some of the best salmon and halibut fishing in the world. This is due to its location near two large fish feeding grounds, the Amphitrite and La Perouse Banks. They are the largest for salmon and halibut along the whole North American Pacific coast.
